Deion Robinson scored 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the No. 3 Mount Tabor boys to an 81-60 win against visiting No. 6 Southwest Guilford 81-60 Wednesday night in the second round of the Midwest 4-A Sectional 2 tournament.
The Spartans (19-8) led 34-33 at halftime, and the Cowboys took a 36-35 lead in the third quarter. The Spartans outscored the Cowboys 46-24 down the stretch.
Matty Madigan added 18 points for the Spartans, and Lepreece Lynch finished with 14.
Mount Tabor will play at No. 2 Greensboro Page in the sectional final Friday night.

Bishop McGuinness 50, Mount Airy 49: Sammi Goldsmith made the second of two free throws with 5.4 seconds left in overtime to lift visiting Bishop McGuinness to a victory against Mount Airy in Wednesday night's semifinals of the NCHSAA 1-A sectional playoffs.
After Goldsmith's free throw, Lauren Cushing took a charge with less than a second left, ending Mount Airy's final possession and the game.
McGuinness, the six-time defending 1-A state champion, will play at East Wilkes at 7 p.m. Friday for the Midwest Sectional 2 title, and the winner will advance to next week's Western Regional.
Cameron Nieters led the Villains with 16 points, and Julia Brown added 15. It was the first win for McGuinness (23-5) in four games against Mount Airy this season.
McGuinness rallied from nine points down in the fourth quarter after leading by one at the half, and Olivia DeFrancesco made two free throws with less than 30 seconds left to tie it at 47.
