In another boys game, Reagan defeated Davie County 66-53.
Mount Tabor and Reagan finished the regular season tied for first place, but Reagan won the draw for the top seed in the conference tournament. The winner of tonight's game will be the conference's No. 1 seed in next week's NCHSAA Class 4-A tournament.
William Peay and Ryan Brubaker scored 17 points apiece to lead Reagan past Davie County.
In girls games last night at Reynolds, North Davidson defeated Mount Tabor 57-55, and Reynolds defeated West Forsyth 68-48.
Chaunelle Yokely made a short jumper as time expired to lift North Davidson over Mount Tabor.

In other 1-A semifinals at East Surry last night, the Bishop McGuinness girls defeated East Surry 60-37, and the Bishop McGuinness boys defeated Mount Airy 71-62.
In 2-A semifinals, North Surry's girls beat West Stokes 41-30, and the West Stokes boys beat South Stokes 70-41, and Surry Central defeated North Surry 56-50 in overtime.
Anthony Thomas and Jamal McNeil scored 20 points apiece to help Winston-Salem Prep defeat North Stokes.
