• Packers (6-4) at Lions (2-8): The teams will meet on Thanksgiving for 19th time, and Detroit leads holiday series 11-6-1. However, Green Bay has won eight straight in the series. In the last meeting, a 26-0 Packers win Oct. 18, WR Donald Driver had 107 yards receiving for Green Bay and broke Sterling Sharpe's team record for career receptions. • Raiders (3-7) at Cowboys (7-3): Oakland is one of only two NFL teams Dallas has never defeated at home (Baltimore is the other), and the Cowboys last beat the Raiders in 1995. The Raiders last played Thanksgiving Day in 1970 (losing 28-14 at Detroit). DE Greg Ellis, who spent last 11 seasons with Dallas, has five sacks for Oakland, which had 11 tackles for losses and three sacks last week win a win over Cincinnati. Cowboys QB Tony Romo will make 50th career start (36-13). He has 12,924 career yards passing and 93 TDs.
• Giants (6-4) at Broncos (6-4): The last time the two met, Eli Manning threw a 2-yard TD pass to Amani Toomer with five seconds left to seal the Giants' 24-23 win. Manning is coming off career-best 384 yards passing with three TDs in last weekend's OT win over Atlanta. Giants WR Steve Smith is second in the NFC with 65 catches and 798 yards. The Giants haven't played on Thanksgiving since 1992, the Broncos since 1963. RB Knowshon Moreno of Denver leads NFL rookies with 600 yards rushing, and LB Elvis Dumervil's 12 sacks are tied for league lead. Denver's Kyle Orton has an 18-3 home record as a starting QB, tops in league since 1970 AFL-NFL merger.
