BC beats WFU in double overtime

Chelsea Regan scored with two minutes left in the second overtime to give Boston College a 2-1 win against No. 11 Wake Forest in a women's soccer match yesterday.

Wake Forest (13-4-2, 5-3-2) took a 1-0 lead on a goal by Jill Hutchinson in the 17th minute.

Boston College (15-2-1, 7-2-1) tied the score at 1 on a goal by Victoria DiMartino in the 31st minute.

Hutchinson's goal was the 35th of her career, breaking the school record of 34, which was held by Sarah Kozey.

Kaley Fountain assisted on Hutchinson's goal.

Wake Forest will be the No. 5 seed for the ACC Tournament, which will begin on Wednesday in Cary. Game times and pairings will be announced today by the ACC.
