Moody, who finished with 12 points, made two free throws for the Bears to ice the game after the Vikings failed on a chance to tie.
Adam Carter led all scorers with 24 points for North Stokes, including three free throws that tied the game with 39 seconds left. Dylan Hall chipped in with 12 points.
Mount Airy will play top-seeded Bishop McGuinness at 8 p.m. on Thursday for the championship.
