Bike flasher exposes himself in Charlotte

Police are looking for a bicycle-riding flasher who reportedly has exposed himself to residents at a number of sites in South End, south Charlotte and the Dilworth area.

The latest reports came Sunday afternoon, in South End, a short distance from uptown. A woman who was walking her dog reported a man rode by on a bike and flashed her about 12:30 p.m. Then around 2 p.m., a woman reported the same type of incident in the 500 block of South Cedar Street.

During the past week, similar reports have come from Freedom Park (last Tuesday); the 2000 block of South Boulevard (Wednesday); and Tremont Avenue (Friday).

Police reports give only a limited description of the suspect. He is reported to be a white male, with a slim build, between 30 and 40 years old.
