At least two people were seriously injured Friday in two separate wrecks on U.S 421 in Yadkin County.
Troopers responded to a fiery tanker-truck wreck about 4 p.m. on U.S. 421 northbound near U.S. 21, WGHP/Fox 8 reported. The wreck completely blocked the northbound lanes.
Troopers also responded to a three-car wreck in the same location in the southbound lanes. At least one person was seriously injured in each wreck, deputies said.
