A stalled tractor-trailer is blocking the southbound exit ramp of U.S. 52 to onto eastbound Business 40 this morning.
Winston-Salem police are at the scene. Traffic that would have exited U.S. 52 to eastbound Business 40 is exiting onto Stadium Drive.
The blocked exit ramp is leading to slowdowns on U.S. 52 southbound.
