OutsourceIT, an information-technology company based in Maryland, said yesterday that it has merged with Bald Eagle Technologies in Winston-Salem.
The combined companies will market under the OutsourceIT brand from two technology centers, one in La Plata, Md., and one in Winston-Salem.
"This combination is an exciting time for our employees, as well as our current and future customers, as it expands our resources and provides the needed scale to better service our customers," said Mike Linville, the founder and chief executive of Bald Eagle.
Linville will join the board of OutsourceIT.
He also will help integrate the two companies and guide the management team. -- Fran Daniel
