CONCORD -- Authorities say they have charged a 15-year-old boy with first-degree murder in the killing of another teen.
Concord police said they arrested the boy Saturday afternoon. They aren't releasing his name because of his age, and say he is being held in a juvenile detention center.
Investigators say Oscar Martinez, 14, was shot to death around 3:45 p.m. New Year's Day in a parking lot.
Police declined to comment on a motive for the killing.
