Encounter Church will sponsor the second annual "Summerfield Chili Cook-Off" from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 13 at the Summerfield Fire Department, 7400 Summerfield Road, Summerfield. Cost is $15 to enter chili in one of three categories, and $5 for each additional entry. Prizes will be awarded. Cost to taste chili is $6; free for children ages 12 and younger.
