It's hard to remember in winter that summer exists.
But it will be here soon enough, and with it, boots will be traded for flip-flops, hot chocolate for chocolate ice cream and school for summer camp.
It's simpler than ever for parents to find camps through the Winston-Salem Journal's Web-based database of camps across Northwest North Carolina.
Last year was the second year that our camp listings went online. This year, we've improved the database's search functions.
Camps can submit information online until March 13 at www.journalnow.com/summer-camps.
Parents and guardians shopping for camps can search the database now through the end of summer.
