Salvation army begins its holiday Distribution

The Salvation Army of Winston-Salem began distributing toys, stockings and food boxes Tuesday to families in need this Christmas.

The local Salvation Army says it will help more than 2,100 families, with 7,000 children, this holiday.

Distribution continues today through Friday.
