"Sleepwalker," a sculpture by artist Mark Jenkins, will be installed at 9 a.m. Monday at the Clark Campbell Transportation Center on Fifth Street.
The sculpture was created for "Inside Out: Artists in the Community II," a public-art program of the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art.
The installation was delayed because the State Property Office had not signed off on a land-use agreement. All necessary approvals and notifications are now in place for the installation, according to SECCA.
