A Winston-Salem man has died from injuries from a wreck earlier this month, police said today.
Oscar Martin Gwynn, 49, of 3510 Cortland Drive, died at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center yesterday, police said.
Gwynn was injured after the motorcycle he was driving collided with a car on July 2. Police said Gwynn was traveling north on Old Belews Creek Road just before 8 p.m. He was behind a car and tried to pass the car on the left just as the car was turning left on Stillmere Drive, leading to a collision.
Gwynn's death is the city's sixth traffic fatality this year.
