• West Town Eatery Express, 5584 Shattalon Dr., 99 percent (with two bonus points).
• Downtown Thai and Sushi, 202 W. Fourth St., 98.5 percent.
• Subway, 7736 N. Point Blvd., 98 percent.
The following received ratings of 89 percent or below:
• Arby's, 7819 N. Point Blvd., 86.5 percent. The inspector noted problems with food temperatures, drying dishes, broken equipment, cleaning and a leaking urinal in the men's bathroom.
