Say Anything… 20th Anniversary Edition (PG-13): John Cusack's much-loved romantic comedy-drama returns in a new special edition and makes its Blu-ray debut. He plays Lloyd Dobler, an underachiever who pines for his dream girl (Ione Skye) and tries to woo her before she moves away. Extras include alternate, deleted and extended scenes, featurettes, and, exclusive to the Blu-ray, a trivia track.
The Taking of Pelham 1-2-3 (R): Denzel Washington and John Travolta star in this thriller about a transit worker caught up in a cat-and-mouse game with a deranged hijacker who is holding a subway train full of passengers captive. It's a remake of a 1974 movie that was previously remade in 1998. Extras on the DVD and Blu-ray editions include commentary and several featurettes.
Walt Disney Treasures: Zorro (Unrated): The 1950s hit comes to DVD in two boxed sets, one with the first season and the other with the second season. Each six-disc set is packaged in a black metal case and includes a Zorro pin. Extras include four subsequent Zorro specials that aired in 1960 and 1961.
Film Noir Classics I (Unrated): Five atmospheric crime thrillers from the 1950s are compiled in this boxed set: The Sniper, The Big Heat, 5 Against the House, The Lineup and Murder by Contract. Extras include introductions to the films by Martin Scorsese, Michael Mann and Christopher Nolan.
The Claudette Colbert Collection (Unrated): The latest in the "Universal Backlot Series" is a boxed set with six films starring Colbert --Three-Cornered Moon, The Egg and I, I Met Him In Paris, Bluebeard's Eighth Wife, No Time For Love and Maid of Salem -- plus a documentary about her career.
Happiness 101: Author Tal Ben-Shahar (Happier) is the host of this documentary that looks at ways people can simplify their lives and become happier.
Food Inc. (PG): This insightful, if occasionally stomach-turning, documentary, looks at the nation's food supply. It played here during the RiverRun International Film Festival.
Mummies: Secrets of the Pharaohs: Christopher Lee narrates this 39-minute documentary, originally shot for IMAX theaters, about the science used to examine Egyptian mummies.
The Rockford Files Movie Collection Vol. 1: James Garner returns to his role as cantankerous private eye Jim Rockford in four TV-movies from 1994 to '96, including such guest stars as Joanna Cassidy, Dyan Cannon and Renee O'Conner.
Fraggle Rock: Three new releases focus on the gleeful subterranean creatures created by Jim Henson: The Complete Final Season; The Complete Series Collection; and A Merry Fraggle Holiday, with three holiday-themed episodes.
Doctor Who: Two more DVD boxed sets are available from the long-running British series: The War Games, a 10-part saga with Patrick Troughton taking on a rival timelord, and The Black Guardian Trilogy, with three interconnected stories featuring Peter Davison. As usual, they are loaded with behind-the-scenes extras.
Ruby-Spears Superman: This 1988 Saturday-morning cartoon includes modern stories about Superman and flashbacks to young Clark Kent's misadventures in Smallville. For more lighthearted superhero fare, check out Plastic Man: The Complete Series, with a stretchy superhero taking on such foes as Disco Mummy.
Rocky: The Undisputed Collection (PG and PG-13): All six films with Sylvester Stallone's iconic boxer, most of them not previously available in high definition, come to Blu-ray in this new boxed set. There are more than two hours of extras, including documentaries, interviews and a new trivia game.
Love Actually (R): Writer/director Richard Curtis's charming romantic comedy comes to Blu-ray with extras including deleted scenes, music videos and commentary. The film has a sprawling cast including Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Colin Firth, Laura Linney, Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman and Bill Nighy.
