Gateway Gallery will have an opening reception from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday for a show of urban impressions in paint and clay by local painter Steven W. Dunn and clay artist Janet Childress of the Enrichment Center. Drake Duffer will provide music.
Dunn's paintings depict views of downtown Winston-Salem; Childress's pieces use vivid, impressionistic color on organically shaped pots and plates.
