The following restaurants received ratings of 98 percent or above during recent inspections by the Forsyth County Health Department:
• Bagel and Brew, 2535 Lewisville-Clemmons Road, 99.5 percent (with two bonus points).
• Chick-fil-A, 391 Knollwood St., 99 percent.
• Chick-fil-A, 328 E. Hanes Mill Road, 98.5 percent (with two bonus points),
• Francesco's Pizza, 336 Summit Square Blvd., 98.5 percent.
• Texas Land and Cattle Steakhouse, 1110 Creekshire Way, 98.5 percent (with two bonus points).
• Bojangles, 3652 Reynolda Road, 98 percent (with two bonus points).
The following received ratings of 89 percent or below:
• Bell and Sons Cafeteria, 4324 N. Liberty St., 88 percent. The inspector noted problems with holding foods at proper temperatures, dirty and improper equipment, cleaning and lighting.
• In and Out Deli, 110 S. Broad St., 86 percent. The inspector noted problems with washing and drying dishes, holding foods at proper temperatures and dirty equipment and floors. He also noticed no one washing their hands during a two-hour inspection.
