Judge W. Erwin Spainhour of Davie Superior Court gave Kimberly Berryhill, 40, of 936 Greenhill Road, a suspended sentence of four to five months in prison. She was given one year of probation and has to pay back $5,419 in restitution as well as $1,275 in court-appointed attorney fees.
