Man charged with sexual assault of girl under 13 years of age

A Winston-Salem man was charged Friday with sexual assault involving a girl younger than age 13, Forsyth County court records show.
Jose Luis Antunez Castaneda, 42, of 2215 Peachtree St., was charged with one count of first-degree sex offense with a child and nine counts of indecent liberties with a child, arrest warrants say.
The arrest warrants say the charges occurred between April 29 and Oct. 29.
Antunez Castaneda was being held yesterday in the Forsyth County Jail, with bond set at $1 million.
He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 20.
