Southern Heritage Pottery & Folk Art sale

The "Southern Heritage Pottery & Folk Art Show and Sale " will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 7 at the Girl Scout Learning Center, 1203 Frances Daily Court in Colfax. More than 20 artists from the Carolinas and Georgia, including Sandy Cole, Leanne Pizio, Winton and Rosa Eugene, and Gary Blackburn, will show their works. There will also be a silent auction of pieces donated by the exhibitors. Proceeds will benefit the Girl Scouts. Admission is free.
