The Youth Philharmonic will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Brendle Recital Hall at Wake Forest University.
The concert will include arrangements of Jose Padillo's El Relicario and Maurice Ravel's Pavane; first movement of Mozart's Symphony No. 25; Vivaldi's Concerto Grosso in D minor; and two movements from Stravinsky's Firebird Suite. Margaret Rehder will conduct.
The Youth Philharmonic, one of three orchestras of the Winston-Salem Symphony Youth Orchestras, is made up of 63 students ages 9 to 15, from Forsyth, Davie, Guilford and Mecklenburg counties.
