Theater Briefs: It's friend vs. friend in The Gin Game

The Surry Arts Players will present The Gin Game, D.L. Coburn's Pulitzer Prize-winning play, at the Andy Griffith Playhouse, 218 Rockford St. in Mount Airy. Jane Riley directs the two-person, two-act play, which explores the friendly, and not-so-friendly, competition between friends. The play is recommended for mature audiences.
Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 3 p.m. next Sunday.
