The Adam Foundation will hold its monthly Adam Night Out at 5:30 p.m. today at Sweet Potatoes, 529 N. Trade St.
The Adam Foundation promotes the identity, strength and well-being of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community, and supports organizations serving persons living with HIV and AIDS.

A Single Mingle will be held at 7 p.m. today at Big Shotz on Stratford Road in Winston Salem.
There will be appetizers, drink specials, music and prizes.
Today's Singles (ages 40s-60s) will meet for dinner and live music at Big Shotz on Stratford Road in Winston Salem at 7 p.m. Friday. Dinner begins at 7 p.m., and music starts at 8 p.m.
