Elvis Williams and Wendi Daye of Sarasota, Fla. were among the crowd yesterday visiting the 9th Annual Heavy Rebel Weekender at the Millennium Center and surrounding streets. The festival features displays of restored cars and hot rods, four stages, four bars and more than 85 acts from all over the United States and Mexico. The Weekender concludes today.
