Special activities

Born Again Free Deliverance Church of God,315 Spring St., Thomasville, will have Sunday school at 10 a.m. Sunday, followed by a worship service at 11 a.m. The church will also have a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, a Bible-study class at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and a "Joy Night" service at 7:15 p.m. Friday. Konnoak Hills Moravian Church, 3401 Konnoak Drive, will be host to an ordination ceremony at 11 a.m. July 12. Pastor Jeff Coppage, the director of the Prodigals Community, will be received into the ordained ministry of the Moravian Church. The Prodigals Community Gospel Choir will perform. Music/drama

Fundraisers
