The Guilford County master gardeners will present a three hour advanced class on growing small fruits on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Guilford County extension center, 3309 Burlington Road, Greensboro. Speaker Connie Fisk will discuss the recommended small fruits for North Carolina including muscadines, hardy kiwifruit, blueberries, and brambles. She will talk about how homeowners can establish and maintain fruit plantings and solve production problems. The cost is $10. Registration is required.
