Q. I would like to get the e-mail addresses for the White House and the U.S. House of Representatives. Also, can you tell me how I can get in touch with the Railroad Retirement Board? -- D.S.

A. You can e-mail the White House through a contact form found at www.whitehouse.gov/contact. Regular mail will reach the White House at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20500.

To get in touch with U.S. representatives, go to www.house.gov and click on "House Directory."

You can put in your state and ZIP code to e-mail the person who represents you.

Other contact information is provided at the site, and you can download official mailing labels for all House members if you want to send something by traditional mail.

The number for Railroad Retirement Board National Telephone Service is 877-772-5772.

Representatives are available from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Automated phone services are available 24 hours a day.

Other information is available at www.rrb.gov.
