• Donato's Pizza, 6246 Town Center Drive, Clemmons, 100 percent (with two bonus points).
• Cook Out, 3101 Peters Creek Parkway, 99.5 percent (with two bonus points).
• Plaza Restaurant, 806 N.C. 66, Kernersville, 99.5 percent (with two bonus points).
