Man dies when car flips after tire blows out

YADKINVILLE - A Wilkesboro man died Saturday after the car he was driving southbound on U.S. 421 in Yadkin County blew a tire and rolled over several times.
Billy Ray Brown was ejected during the wreck that took place about 4 p.m., Trooper D.F. Mocksley of the N.C. Highway Patrol said.
Mocksley said that Brown lost control of the car when the tire blew. Brown was not wearing a seatbelt, he also said.
The car ended up in the northbound lane. Mocksley said that Brown was not wearing a seatbelt.
