These restaurants received ratings of 98 percent or above during recent inspections by the Forsyth County Health Department:
• Bagel and Brew, 2535 Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons, 99.5 percent (with two bonus points).
• Cook Out, 4505 Kester Mill Road, 99.5 percent (with two bonus points).
• Subway, 2537-B Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons, 99.5 percent (with two bonus points).
• East Coast Wings, 4880 Country Club Road, 99 percent (with two bonus points).
• Little Richard's Lexington Barbecue, 4885 Country Club, 99 percent (with two bonus points).
• Milner's American Southern, 630 S. Stratford Road, 99 percent (with two bonus points).
• Quizno's, 180 Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons, 99 percent.
• Diamondback Grill, 751 Avalon Road, 98 percent (with two bonus points).
• Taco Bell, 2869 Reynolda Road, 98 percent.
These received ratings of 89 percent or below:
• Bernie's Lunch, 4226 N. Liberty St., 82 percent. The inspector noted problems with food storage, broken and dirty equipment, lighting and general cleanliness.
• Monterrey Mexican Restaurant, 621F N. Main St., Kernersville, 81 percent. The inspector noted problems with employees washing hands, food storage, refrigeration, flies, broken equipment and general cleanliness.
The following restaurants, which had received a rating below 89 percent, were re-inspected recently and received a new rating:
• Arby's, 101 Summit Square Blvd., 94.5 percent (had received 88 percent on July 30).
• Bell and Sons Cafeteria, 4324 N. Liberty St., 90 percent (had received 85.5 percent on June 29).
