• Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, 7815 North Point Blvd., 100.5 percent (with two bonus points).
• Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries, 3273 Robinhood Road, 100 percent (with two bonus points).
• Subway, 616 W. Fourth St., 100 percent.
• Osaka Japanese Restaurant, 120 C Century Place Court, Kernersville, 99 percent.
• Sagebrush Steakhouse, 5920 University Parkway, 98 percent (with two bonus points).
