• La Carreta, 1989 N. Peace Haven Road, 100.5 percent (with two bonus points).
• Burger King, 2897 Reynolda Road, 100 percent (with two bonus points).
• McCafe, 2060 Village Link Road, 100 percent (with two bonus points).
• Four Way Restaurant, 2894 Reynolda Road, 99.5 percent.
• Apollo Flame, 150 Hanes Mill Road, 99 percent (with two bonus points).
• Arby's, 625 Jonestown Road, 99 percent (with two bonus points).
• Golden Wok, 1015 Bethania-Rural Hall Road, Rural Hall, 99 percent (with two bonus points).
• Simplyummy, 122 Reynolda Village, 98.5 percent.
• Mayberry Ice Cream and Sandwich Shop, 114D Reynolda Road, 98 percent (with two bonus points).
The following received ratings of 89 percent or below:
• Hardee's, 10 W. Clemmonsville Road, 88.5 percent (with two bonus points). The inspector noted problems with food temperatures, broken and dirty equipment, drying utensils, lighting and general cleanliness.
• Oriental Cafe, 612 Hanes Mall Blvd., 86 percent (with two bonus points). The inspector noted problems with storing food, dirty utensils, food temperatures, lighting and general cleanliness.
• Great Wall Chinese Restaurant, 607 Peters Creek Parkway, 83 percent. The inspector noted problems with food temperatures, cooling food, storing food, drying equipment and general cleanliness.
