■ The North Carolina Triad Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure has elected Pam Versaggi and Natasha Gore to its board to serve three-year terms. Gore is the community-education coordinator at Smart Start of Forsyth County. Versaggi is the relocation director for Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate.

■ The board of directors of Winston-Salem State University Foundation Inc. has elected these officers for its 2008 to 2009 fiscal year: Steve Martin, the founder of Martin/Frankel Associates in Winston-Salem, chairman; Catherine Pettie Hart of Atlanta, Ga., vice chairwoman; Kelvin Farmer, the president and chief executive of KE Farmer Enterprises Inc., treasurer; and Stephanie Porter, a corporate-systems administrator for the Internal Revenue Service, secretary. New board members are: W. Randy Eaddy, a senior partner in the Corporate Department of Kilpatrick Stockton; Timothy A. Grant, the director of Parks and Recreation for the city of Winston-Salem; Sue Henderson, the regional director -- Piedmont Triad Region for Wachovia Wealth Management; James E. Martin, the president of Arbor Investment Advisor based in Winston-Salem; Clifton H. Sparrow Jr., a financial consultant with LPL Financial; and Stacey Stone Bennett, an attorney and assistant general counsel with Bank of America Corp.

■ Robert Walsh, the dean emeritus of the Wake Forest University School of Law and professor of law, has been appointed to a five-year term on the Federal Judicial Center Foundation Board by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.

■ Yost & Little Realty Inc. has moved its Jamestown office. Agents who were in Jamestown are now in the Adams Farm office in Greensboro.

■ James Seramba has been named to the Ambassador Council for the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. He is a managing partner of Grey Oak Wealth Management in Greensboro.

■ Judi St. Sing, a communications adviser for Dell Inc. and a member of the Tarheel Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, has achieved an Accreditation in Public Relations designation from the Universal Accreditation Board. The designation indicates a commitment to the public-relations profession and its ethical practice.

■ WR Starkey Mortgage said that Ashley McKenzie Sharpe is the Triad winner of its President's Club Production Award.
