Magnolia Construction LLC is renovating space in downtown Winston-Salem at 420 W. Fourth St. for a gourmet frozen-custard store called Wolfies. The store is near Recreation Billiards and the new Hutch Harris restaurant.

Magnolia is expected to complete renovations by mid-June. The store's owner declined comment.
