| Kinsey defeated Mount Tabor's Patrick Cunningham 6-1, 6-4 in the semis, then defeated Northwest Guilford's Ryan Matthews 6-3, 6-1 in the final. Cunningham came back to defeat Huntersville Hopewell's Anthony Lopez for tihird place. |
