Here are recent reports from the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office and Forsyth District Court. The reports cover a period through 5 p.m. Monday.
□ Julie Michelle Myers, 21, of 7011 Garrett Drive, Apt. G, in Clemmons was charged June 13 with misdemeanor simple assault, court records show. She was accused of assaulting a man by hitting him in the jaw with her fist, an arrest warrant says.
Myers is scheduled to appear in court June 30.
□ David Keith Tesh, 45, of 3160 Dunn St., Lot 19, in Winston-Salem was charged June 11 with driving while impaired and driving while his license was revoked, court records show.
A deputy stopped Tesh on South Stratford Road in Clemmons and accused him of having glassy, bloodshot eyes, being unsteady on his feet and having a moderate odor of alcohol, two records show.
Tesh is scheduled appear in court Aug. 12.
□ Corey Ray Welborn, 22, of Yadkinville was charged July 15 with driving while impaired and driving left of center, court records show.
A deputy stopped Welborn on Yadkinville Road in Lewisville near Conrad Road and accused him of spinning his tires, driving left of center, having a strong odor of alcohol and failing field-sobriety tests.
Welborn tested 0.10 on a Breathalyzer test, a record shows. In North Carolina, a person is considered legally impaired with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08.
Welborn is scheduled to appear in court July 15.
□ Terrena Liddy Falyn, 22, of 5775 S. Acres Drive, Apt. 7, in Clemmons was charged June 6 with misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, court records show.
A deputy accused Falyn of possessing ½ ounce of marijuana and pipes, an arrest warrant says. The deputy also accused her of leaving a 2-year-old child unsupervised in a home.
Falyn is scheduled to appear in court July 1.
□ Lee William LaPorte, 39, of 7654 Penland Drive in Clemmons was charged June 15 with misdemeanor communicating threats, court records show.
LaPorte was accused May 14 of threatening another man, an arrest warrant says. LaPorte is scheduled to appear in court June 30.
□ Someone stole several items from a garage at a house in the 4300 block of Bryn Mawr Lane in Clemmons. The stolen items included a saw, a vacuum cleaner and an electric scooter. They were valued at $733. The theft occurred June 15 or 16.
□ Someone stole $1,020 and two gift cards from a home in the 6300 block of Linda Drive in Lewisville. The gift cards were valued at $50. The theft occurred June 14 or 15.
□ Someone stole tools June 14 from an unlocked pickup in the 1600 block of Ammons Drive in Clemmons. The tools and toolboxes were valued at $600. The car's radio had $100 in damage.
□ Someone stole an iPod after breaking into a car in the 1700 block of Lower Brook Drive in Clemmons. The driver's side window had $250 in damage. The theft occurred June 13 or 14.
□ Someone damaged a boat parked at a home in the 100 block of Livingstone Court in Clemmons. The boat was valued at $1,000. The vandalism occurred June 13 or 14.
□ Someone stole several items after breaking into a car in the 100 block of Willow Trace Circe in Clemmons. The stolen items included a wallet, its contents and a radio/DVD/Global Positioning System unit. They were valued at $701. The theft occurred June 13, 14 or 15.
□ Someone stole several items from a home in the 200 block of Shady Brook Lane in Lewisville. The items included jewelry, a leaf blower and a ballistic vest. They were valued at $1,920. The theft occurred between June 8 and June 15.
□ Someone stole several items June 13 after breaking into a car parked in the 900 block of Ridge Gate Drive in Lewisville. The stolen items included a cell phone and an iPod. They were valued at $195. The car's passenger side window had $250 in damage.
□ Someone stole a rifle June 13 from an apartment in the 6900 block of Logan's Way Court in Clemmons. The rifle was valued at $75.
□ Someone stole a pistol after breaking into a pickup parked in a parking lot in the 1200 block of Whispering Wind Drive in Pfafftown. The pistol was valued at $300. The theft occurred June 12 or 13.
□ Someone stole a radio/CD player and its speaker from a car parked in the 1000 block of Feldspar Lane in Lewisville. The equipment was valued at $300. The theft occurred June 12 or June 13.
□ Someone stole Vicodin June 12 from a home in the 400 block of Williams Road in Lewisville. Vicodin is a painkiller.
□ Someone stole two weed eaters June 12 from a yard in the 4300 block of Cordova Drive in Clemmons. The weed eaters were valued at $420.
□ Someone stole a handgun, its holster and a satellite radio from a pickup parked in a parking lot in the 6300 block of Amp Drive in Clemmons. The stolen items were valued at $750. The theft occurred June 10 or 11.
□ Someone stole a purse and its contents after breaking into a sport utility vehicle parked at a home in the 4300 block of Bridle Path Drive in Clemmons. The purse and its contents were valued at $411. The theft occurred June 10 or 11.
□ Someone stole $200 and several items after breaking into a sport utility vehicle parked in the 7000 block of Glenhaven Ridge Drive in Clemmons. The SUV's windows had $300 in damage.
The stolen items included a bracelet, a purse and its contents. They were valued at $870. The theft occurred June 9 or 10.
□ Someone stole a Global Positioning System unit from an unlocked car parked at a house in the 7000 block of Glenhaven Ridge Drive in Clemmons. The GPS was valued at $400. The theft occurred June 9 or 10.
□ Someone stole a Global Positioning System unit from a sport utility vehicle parked at a house in the 3500 block of Donegal Drive in Clemmons. The GPS system was valued at $400. The theft occurred June 9 or 10.
□ Someone stole two electric shavers June 10 from a Walgreens pharmacy in the 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road in Clemmons. The shavers were valued at $40.
□ Someone damaged the driver's side passenger window in a car parked in the 100 block of Willow Trace Circle in Clemmons. The window had $200 in damage. The vandalism occurred between June 13 and June 14.
□ Someone damaged window June 13 at a home in the 1100 block of Norwood Lane in Lewisville. The window had $300 in damage.
□ Someone damaged a car's front-passenger door June 12 as the car was parked at a home in the 5700 block of Marty Lane in Clemmons. The door had $500 in damage.
