Yadkin Valley Craft Guild to open exhibition Friday

"Gems and Jewels and Goblets, Oh My!," an exhibition of works by Yadkin Valley Craft Guild members will open with a reception from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the guild gallery on Main Street, in Elkin. The show will run through July 24.

In addition to the craft guild reception, Big Daddy Love will play music, and shops, restaurants and a winery will be open for Elkin's monthly 4th Friday downtown celebration.
