Here are recent reports from the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office and Forsyth District Court. The reports cover a period through 5 p.m. Monday.
Mohamed Nessem Ibrahi Rabie, 37, of 3641 Northwest Blvd. in Winston-Salem pleaded guilty May 27 to misdemeanor assault on a female, court records show. A judge gave him a prayer for judgment continued and ordered him to pay $120 in court costs.
Judges often sentence defendants to prayers for judgment continued in cases involving misdemeanors or minor traffic violations. Under such a sentence, the charge is dismissed if a defendant makes it through a set period of time without being arrested on a similar offense.
A deputy accused Rabie on April 14 of slapping a Clemmons woman in the face, an arrest warrant says.
□ Stephanie Christine Bowen, 40, of 6828 Ashmont Forest Court in Lewisville was charged May 16 with misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor injury to personal property, court records show.
A deputy accused Bowen of assaulting a man by throwing a phone at him, striking him in the face, and biting his lip, creating a public disturbance at Forsyth Medical Center by using abusive language toward the hospital staff and damaging a deputy's patrol car, an arrest warrant says.
Bowen was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
□ Donni Hill Orrell, 52, of 2844 Fraternity Church Road in Winston-Salem was charged May 9 with driving while impaired, court records show.
A deputy stopped Orrell on Frye Bridge Road near Loop Road and accused her of having an odor of alcohol, being unable to understand directions and performing poorly on field-sobriety tests, two records show. Orrell tested 0.16 on a Breathalyzer test.
In North Carolina, a person is considered legally impaired with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08.
□ Jessica Ashli McGinley, 16, of 1414 N. Main St. in Mocksville was charged May 2 with felony sale and delivery of a controlled substance, court records show. A Forsyth County deputy accused her of selling and delivering Oxycodone to a man, an arrest warrant says. Oxycodone is a pain reliever.
She is scheduled to appear in court July 17.
□ Jacob Andrew Kost, 19, of 2640 Bridgeport Drive in Winston-Salem is scheduled to appear in court July 1 on a charge of possession of a suspended driver's license, court records show. A deputy stopped Kost on Jan. 5 on Lewisville-Clemmons Road in Clemmons, a citation says.
□ Someone stole a wallet May 25 from a man at a parking lot in the 1400 block of River Ridge Drive in Clemmons. The wallet and its contents were valued at $32.
□ Someone drove away from a Four Brothers Amoco convenience store May 26 without paying for $16 worth of gas, a store clerk reported. The store is in the 6300 block of Shallowford Road.
□ Someone stole a yard ornament from a home in the 1100 block of Sequoia Drive in Lewisville. The ornament was valued at $20. The theft occurred between May 22 and May 23.
□ Someone stole a Global Positioning System unit from an unlocked sport utility vehicle parked at a home in the 7200 block of Pellinore Drive in Pfafftown. The GPS unit was valued at $300. The theft occurred between May 21 and May 22.
□ Someone stole a chain saw May 21 from a pickup parked in a parking lot in the 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road in Clemmons. The chain saw was valued at $250.
□ Someone stole two guitars, an amplifier and two computer games after breaking into a home in the 700 block of Mitch Place Court in Clemmons. The stolen items were valued at $1,800. The theft occurred between May 20 and May 21.
□ Someone stole several items May 20 after breaking into a home in the 200 block of Creek Bend Drive in Clemmons. The stolen items included a computer, a television, a digital camera and a camcorder. They were valued at $2,803.
□ Someone stole a calculator May 20 from the auditorium at West Forsyth High School in the 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road in Clemmons. The calculator was valued at $125.
□ Someone stole a television May 18 from a vehicle parked at a home in the 800 block of Big Tree Drive in Lewisville. The television was valued at $1,527.58.
□ Someone stole several items May 16 from a home in the 100 block of Stoney Brook Road in Clemmons. The stolen items consisted of an Xbox 360, five Xbox games and a computer guitar. They were valued at $800.
□ Someone damaged the yard lights at home in the 4800 block of Hearthstone Road in Clemmons. The lights were valued at $150. The vandalism occurred between May 25 and May 26.
□ Someone damaged a room May 24 inside a hotel in the 6200 block of Ramada Drive in Clemmons. The room's carpet, mattress, bed comforter and sheets had $1400 in damage.
□ Someone damaged a passenger-door window of a car May 24 parked in a parking lot in the 1400 block of River Ridge Drive in Clemmons. The window had $150 in damage.
□ Someone drove through grass May 22 near a parking lot in the 4300 block of Bryn Mawr Lane in Clemmons. The grass had $100 in damage.
□ Someone threw eggs at a car May 22 parked in a parking lot in the 6800 block of Shallowford Road in Lewisville. The car's paint had $20 in damage.
□ Someone damaged a mini-van and a sport utility vehicle parked at a home in the 100 block of Autumn Oak Circle in Clemmons. The vehicles had $600 in damage. The vandalism occurred between May 21 and May 22.
□ Someone lost two necklaces May 20 in a bathroom of West Forsyth High School on Lewisville-Clemmons Road in Clemmons. The necklaces were valued at $140.
