Time Warner Cable and Disney reached an agreement Thursday on retransmission rights for Disney's cable channels, including ESPN, Disney Channel and ABC Family.
In the new arrangement, TWC will add several Disney services to its lineup including Disney Junior, a new channel aimed at preschoolers; ESPN 3D; a new Saturday-only channel called ESPN Goal Line with NCAA football coverage; and ESPN3, a live sports broadband network. Expanded Video on Demand services will also be added to TWC's lineup with ABC and Disney programs, local sports and more.
