Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. said yesterday that it provided a tour of its local operations to "fave fans" from eight countries.
The fans were winners of promotions held last year in Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico and the United Kingdom.
The tour included its headquarters and its store off 5901 University Parkway. Allen Joines, the mayor of Winston-Salem, was expected to make each participant an honorary citizen of Winston-Salem.
