Insteel declares a cash dividend of 3 cents a share

MOUNT AIRY -- Insteel Industries Inc. said yesterday that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 3 cents a share on its common stock.

The dividend is payable April 2 to shareholders registered on March 19.
