Insteel Industries board declares 3 cent dividend

MOUNT AIRY -- Insteel Industries Inc. said Tuesday that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 3 cents a share.

The dividend is payable Jan. 5 to shareholders registered on Dec. 18.
