Allegra Print & Imaging, a company based in Winston-Salem, said yesterday that it has bought Crown Printing of High Point for an undisclosed amount.
According to Perry Clark, the owner of Allegra, the services of Crown have been transferred to Allegra's operations at 5059 Country Club Road in Winston-Salem. David Everhart, the owner of Crown, has become an Allegra official.
Allegra offers traditional and advanced printing technologies. It is a member of Allegra Network LLC, a company with 550 print and graphic communications offices in North America.
