Ceremony to mark opening of Winston-Salem census office

The Winston-Salem Local Census Office will officially open Tuesday with a ceremony to kick off the 2010 census. The office is at 450 W. Hanes Mill Road, Suite 105.

Speakers will be Mayor Allen Joines and William Hatcher, the regional director of the U.S. Census Bureau.
