10-acre short-game course planned for Angus Ridge

»  Comments | Post a Comment

KERNERSVILLE -- Angus Ridge Townhomes and Club, a luxury town-home community in Kernersville, has retained golf-course architect Dan Maples to design a 10-acre short-game course.

"We approached the design of Angus Ridge as a new concept in active-lifestyle living," said Jeff Hunter, the president of Pope Companies, the developer of Angus Ridge Townhomes and Club. "Our vision for this community could not be fully achieved without the addition of a short-game course, which as far as we know is the only residential short-game course in the Triad."

The Angus Ridge luxury town homes, which start at $369,900 with 2,600 square feet of living space, have three-bedroom floor plans with a master suite on either the main or upper level. Interiors are designed by June DeLugas Interiors based in Clemmons.
